According to your requirements for customization, free samples will be sent for you to confirm the style and quality, so that you can refer to and combine your own brand for innovative customization when designing

After the customer confirms the sample, will quote according to the customer's request, and the customer will refer to our customized size for packaging design and pattern design

Production
Once the final print layout for the box, pouch, and eye mask designs has been confirmed, we will immediately arrange for production (supplier printing procurement, heating pad production, final heated eye mask production, and packaging).

Inspection &Logistics
After heated eye masks are produced, the goods are sampled and inspected to ensure they meet quality standards, then transferred to the shipping warehouse and promptly arranged for international logistics and shipment. we can arrange sea, air, express and rail transport, door to door service.
Customization Details You Should Know
Full customization typically includes four elements: box, pouch, mask and fragrance.
BOX Customization
Custom color boxes available with no additional charges for standard printing requirements. We accept custom orders for irregularly shaped boxes and specialized printing techniques. Custom box orders require a minimum order quantity. Paper box printing incurs no plate charges.
We utilize aluminum foil compositepouches (offering optimal airtightness to ensure a product shelf life exceeding 3 years).
The front and back designs of the pouch can be customized freely, and irregular shapes are also acceptable for customization. Since aluminum foil bag printing requires plate making, the printing factory will create plates based on your design artwork during the first production run (AI format files are required). Therefore, a plate-making fee applies (a one-time charge; the plates can be reused for subsequent print runs if your design artwork remains unchanged). Fees based on the number of colors in the design, typically 3 to 5 colors.

The shape of the eye mask is fixed, while the pattern can be customized freely. You can choose a fixed pattern/logo or a repeating pattern. Fixed patterns incur no additional charge!
