Production and Manufacturing of Heated Eye Masks
We mainly provide customized production of heated eye masks for our customers. Customization options include: eye mask patterns, eye mask scents, eye mask boxes, and eye mask foil bags.
The shape of the eye mask cannot be changed, as this involves the fixed nature and consistency of the production line. Otherwise, it would require additional costs to customize molds, etc., and changes and experiments can only be made if there is a minimum order quantity.

We offer unscented, jasmine, rose, lavender, gardenia, grapefruit, chamomile, mint, sandalwood, citrus, and other specified scents.
You may also provide essential oils, and we will replicate the scent. We can also customize unique scents for you. There is no charge for adding scents at our factory.
Our fragrance partner is the most comprehensive and professional, offering a wide range of scents and providing free customization based on the essential oils you provide. This is a service not offered by other factories (other factories charge for custom scents).
Customized eye mask patterns
You can design the patterns displayed on the eye mask. We will provide a die cutting file for your designing. Once the you have finalized the design, we can quickly produce free samples and add your specified scent, allowing to experience your own brand of heated eye mask firsthand directly.
You can get your brand's heated eye mask during the sample stage.
This is exciting and also the most intuitive way for you to decide whether to proceed with this custom project. This is also a service that we, as a factory, offer exclusively to you free of charge, which other factories do not offer (they can only provide samples of their existing patterns).

Custom Boxes
Custom packaging boxes for heated eye masks. You can choose the type of packaging for the box according to your needs, with options for 5, 7, 10, or other quantities per box. The size of the box will be adjusted based on the quantity.
The box material can be made from white cardstock, kraft paper, corrugated cardboard, or other materials.
The printing process for the box exterior includes standard printing, which can be enhanced with gold or silver foil stamping, embossing, or other UV backlighting techniques. Matte lamination, glossy lamination, or no lamination are all viable options.
Boxes can also be sampled, but the cost is high, so sampling is not recommended. We can provide boxes from existing customers for you to check the printing and material quality of the boxes.
There are many styles of boxes available. Based on the number of individual boxes and your order quantity, we can provide you with a variety of box types (including multiple opening designs), printing processes, and materials to customize your brand boxes.
Minimum box size is 13.5x12.5cm or 12.5x13.5cm.
Custom Pouches
We provide you with aluminum foil bags (aluminum-plastic composite bags) made of the best materials. This is to ensure that the self-heating eye mask is isolated from the air in the bag, thereby extending the shelf life of the heating eye mask. Our products have a guaranteed shelf life of more than 3 years.
The shape of the pouch can vary, but the size of the space in the middle must be large enough to hold the eye mask. Irregular shapes are acceptable.
You need to design the patterns for both sides of the pouch. There are various printing processes available for the pouch, such as matte lamination, glossy lamination, or other special processes. We offer high-end printing and customization services tailored to your specific requirements. It is important to note that the printing of patterns on aluminum foil bags is a specialized process that cannot be done in small batches (unlike paper printing). It requires the creation of printing plates (color plates) before printing can begin. Therefore, ensuring the accuracy of your design patterns and text is of utmost importance. If you make changes to the design in subsequent orders, this will require the creation of new printing plates.

Customized Temperature
We offer two customized temperature settings, low temperature and normal temperature, to meet the needs of different consumers (children, students, office workers, sleep, hotels, spas, etc.) and different scenarios. Of course, high temperature settings can also be customized (for the special needs of general ophthalmic brands).
Customization of outer packaging
We can provide customized outer packaging free of charge. The outer packaging is used for international shipping and express delivery. We use the highest grade outer packaging, which offers the best strength and hardness. We can customize the size and text (logo, etc.) on the box according to your quantity (single color - black printing).

2Composition of heated eye mask：

3Packaging types:
The packaging for heated eye masks consists of three parts.
First, each eye mask must be sealed in an aluminum foil bag.

Third, multiple packaging boxes are packed into a cardboard box for logistics.

When take the mask off the pouch, Iron powder will oxidize when it meets oxygen, to produce heat and steam.

Our prices are based on product quality and quantity:
First order composition: FOB price per piece (including box, foil pouch, eye mask, and all other costs, no complications), with a one-time plate fee for the first order (only for foil pouch and eye mask patterns).
Subsequent orders: FOB price per piece, no plate fee (unless the pouch or eye mask pattern is changed).
11The shelf life of heated eye masks
The heating eye masks we produce have a guaranteed shelf life of more than three years, and generally last for four years without any problems. Heating eye masks produced by other manufacturers on the market generally begin to deteriorate and age after one year, with their heating temperature dropping by half and their scent dissipating after a year and a half. After two years, the product becomes ineffective.
